OLD LYME, CT — MARCH 15, 2016 — Key members of the pulmonary fibrosis (PF) community and Broadway’s finest united for a unique evening of exceptional entertainment during the sixth annual Broadway Belts for PFF! Raising $180,000 in one evening, proceeds are used to battle PF, a devastating and relentlessly progressive disease involving scarring of the lungs.

PFF’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Gregory P. Cosgrove, spoke about the great hope offered by new treatments as well as others under study.

Grammy award-winner Daveed Diggs, from the hit Broadway show Hamilton, sang an original song titled “Breathe” with moving lyrics written for the event: "Your scars are beauty marks, but don't let them define you."
